PLANO,Texas -Sept. 12, 2017

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) signed an agreement with the Clerk of Court of St. Tammany Parish for Tyler’s Odyssey unified case management system and e-filing solution. The St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court’s office is the first office in Louisiana to move forward with Odyssey. The solutions are expected to bring greater access to justice for St. Tammany Parish’s constituents. The Clerk of Court’s current solution is an older, outdated case management system, and the Clerk’s office does not have an electronic filing solution in place. To advance their technology, the Clerk of Court, Melissa R. Henry, sought out Tyler as the vendor that can best improve efficiency in managing court documents, and automating processes. “I have been looking for a strong case management and e-filing solution since I came in to office a year ago. I kept hearing Tyler’s name from other jurisdictions and departments,” said Ms. Henry. “After meeting with Tyler, seeing their level of professionalism, and knowing their proven track record of successful implementations, we are confident their Odyssey solution will revolutionize the way we do business moving forward.” Tyler and the Clerk’s office will work together to achieve two main objectives: make their office’s processes more efficient and effective, and serve the public in a timelier manner. Tyler’s Odyssey solution will replace the Clerk’s current case management system and will accommodate e-filing, document management, workflows, dashboards, and other modern court case management functions. With e-filing, the Clerk’s office can electronically review and accept court case filing from litigants. “We’re thrilled to bring Odyssey to a new state by partnering with the St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court, and we’re eager to help them meet their objective of serving the public more efficiently,” said Bruce Graham, president of Tyler’s Courts & Justice Division. “By implementing both the case management and e-filing solutions, the Clerk of Court’s office will be able to enhance productivity internally, offer greater transparency to their constituents, and bring improved access to justice for their community.” The Clerk of Court’s office will benefit from Tyler’s evergreen perpetual licensing approach that provides regular and significant, yet manageable, software enhancements without an additional relicensing fee, ensuring all systems are using the latest technology. Tyler has successfully implemented Odyssey hundreds of times across the country. Nationwide, Odyssey serves more than 900 counties with a combined population of more than 120 million, comprising 40 percent of the U.S. population. St. Tammany Parish is the fifth most populous parish in Louisiana with a population of approximately 250,000. Tyler also provides its Munis® solution to St. Tammany Parish Public Schools and to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Department. About Tyler Technologies, Inc.
