NOTICE TO COUNSEL: All suits filed in the 22nd JDC as a result of Hurricane Ida must follow the procedures outlined in the Hurricane Ida Claims Orders that will be provided to the petitioner at the time of filing and defendant when service is made. Additional Court Costs will be collected as per R.S.13:4165(D) to compensate the Special Master.
