File New Suits & Subsequent Pleadings into Existing Suits
Please Note: Most e-filed documents become the originals, once received by the Clerk of Court. However, there are specific original legal documents that cannot be e-filed as per Louisiana CCP 253, RS 9:2602, RS 9:2603
Curators who would like to utilize Civil e-Filing should submit their e-Filings by entering “Yes” to the question “Is this a filing related to a Pauper or Government party?” during the filing process. This will ensure the Curator is not charged filing fees.
