We offer public computer access to records on the ground floor of the St.
Tammany Parish Justice Center located at 701 N. Columbia Street. The customer
service representatives in that area will be happy to assist you with the
computers.
Internet access to searches
Public records can also be searched through
the Internet by clicking on the link labeled Online Records Search. There
are two levels of access, Public and Premium. Public Access is free of
charge and offers the land records, civil suits, criminal records, and marriage
license indexes to be searched. The Premium Access service adds the
ability to view and print images of the documents filed. The cost of this
service includes a $50.00 start-up fee (waived for
current Dial-up Access Customers), a $50.00 monthly subscription
(charged each month until the account is closed), plus $0.20 per page to print
copies (payable as an up-front deposit to a print account). A premium
account can be set up by the customer through this web site under the
Online Records Search link. No form or application is necessary.
Dial-up access to
searches
The searches are also available through a dial-up
service (PCAnywhere and a 56K dial-up modem required, does not work
with DSL or Cable modems). The cost of this service includes a
start-up fee of $100.00 and a charge of $0.20 per minute (no monthly fee and no additional print fee). If you are interested in applying for dial-up access via
your computer to the Clerk of Court's records, please call (985)809-8787 or (985)809-8762. If you
are already familiar with our service and would like to apply for dial-up access, a

NOTE: The initial startup fee for dial-up access is $100 for a single login ID
and $250 for organizations requiring two or more (up to 10, $5.00 each additional) individual
employee login IDs. The per minute charge is $ 0.20.
