In addition, the Clerk of Court is required to collect $125.00 (cashier check or postal money order only) per arrest/docket for Misdemeanor and Felony charges payable to Bureau of Criminal Identification & Information, Louisiana State Police.  Also, for DWI arrests, a $50.00 cashier's check or postal money order only, payable to the Department of Public Safety & Corrections is required.
